Our corporate account program is clean and simple and offered to those businesses with 10 or more cars. When a driver pulls up to the starting line, the greeter computer will not show info and the cashier will deduct the corporate discount. Complete this form and include an accurate listing (preferably typed) of all participating employees as well as their license plate numbers. Simply fax this sheet and any additional sheets to our office at 847-444-1445.
